Ad Hoc Repair

Ad-Hoc call outs allow your printer to be repaired without the need of a fixed contract
We will dispatch an engineer to assess and, if possible, repair the printer.
If parts are needed to complete the repair and/or a return visit is required, a further charge will apply.
Engineers can also be booked for any requirement including media issues, product testing, software support or any other non-printer breakdown issue if required.
A standard call out charge is applied which includes the first half an hour on site. An hourly charge is then applied for every hour (or part of) that the engineer is on site.
You will not be charged for the engineers time travelling to and from your site.

Premium Package

Our Premium Repair Package is a cost-effective way to ensure all your critical printers are covered and includes:
NEXT WORKING DAY support response from qualified engineers
All engineers travel time to and from site for qualified repair visits
All labour charges as required to fix the printer breakdown
The cost and supply of all non-consumable parts
As many visits as required throughout the contract period for qualified repair

A flexible way for you to get full service cover for all your printing operations – ideal if you have a large number of printers across various production sites.

Our vouchers are purchased in blocks of 10 and offer the same high quality, next working day response as offered with maintenance contracts, but as they don’t expire you need only use them when you need them!
